WORK IN PROFESSIOAL LABORATORY

On 27th of November we visited the botanical laboratory of scientific work in Piešťany and tried and experiment in which we researched the content of nitrites in examples of meat products.
This experiment was made by our student Dominika Pánska as a practical part of her SOŠ accompanied with Mrs. Teacher Mgr. Andrea Michálková. RNDr. Michaela Havrlentová assisted us with this experiment a spent her time with us. We appreciate that we have the chance to work in fully functioned, professional laboratory. In the future, we want our cooperation with the mentioned laboratory to be more developed, in order to provide our students with an option to prove their theoretical knowledge in practice.
